Good Morning Friends! 
We have falling snow, here in southeastern Wisconsin. We are suppose to receive about a foot of snow. All the old snow, had just melted & there wasn't hardly any left anywhere. Oh well, this won't last that long, now with longer days & being closer to the sun.
The main thing, I wanted to mention, is that we take time today, to remember, that on Good Friday is when Jesus was flogged & persecuted & He had committed no sin! The Romans, nailed Him to the cross, piercing His hands & feet! Then on the hill, they crucified Him. They put a crown of thorns on His head! He gave His life, with the shedding of His blood for all mankind's sins! Jesus spoke to God & His last words, were Father, Father why has thou forsaken me? Then the spirit left Him. It is said that, this took place sometime between 12noon & 3 PM. It became very stormy & the wind, split the curtain in the temple in two!
Being that the next day was the Sabbath, they hurried before sundown & put Him wrapped in a white cloth & placed His body in the tomb. They rolled a huge stone in front of it. There were two Roman guards, that stood at the tomb to keep looters away. Let me ask you this. Would you be willing to lay down your life, for anyone?
Remember, Jesus did this, so we can have forgiveness of any & all sins, that we may have committed, past & present & future. All one needs to do is repent of their sins & ask Jesus for forgiveness! He will cleanse you & rid you of your sins, from as far as the east is to the west. Then ask Him to come into your heart & ask Him to show you what He would have you do. Remember often to give thanks to Him & start reading His Holy Word, The Bible! This is His promise of eternal life! Live for Jesus Christ Our Lord!
